Dominyka acquired a double bachelor degree in business management and analytics (majoring in marketing) at ISM University of Management and Economics and Edinburg Napier University, later continuing her studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2013, she began her doctoral studies at ISM. After gaining professional experience in the field of marketing, communications, consulting and public policy analysis, since 2015 Dominyka is the programme director of business management and analytics as well as industrial technology management studies at ISM.
The topic of Dominyka’s doctoral research is the impact of the e-marketing and social media marketing capabilities on the international new venture performance.
